All Flow Acrobatics online courses are based on three movement principles which are rolling, inverting and arching. The intermediate online course main focus is the arching principle. Next to that, this course deals with the thematics of body awareness and full body coordination. The participants will get to know the concept in a playful way by integrating new movement patterns which are based on fluidity, resilience and lightness and have their origin in capoeira and contemporary dance.

Integrating all the experience I gained teaching movement online in the past years, I developed the Flow Acrobatics intermediate online course. you will learn arching acrobatics like the macaco, front walk over and gumbi while progressively working on your strength and mobility. Next to that we will focus on combining acrobatics with other elements like rolling and inverting to create flowing movement sequences. The tutorials are going into depth of the material, giving insight into my personal and unique teaching method.
